912 Ultra High Tilt Room Temperature Tomography Holder

The 912 Ultra High Tilt Room Temperature Tomography Holder is designed for three dimensional tomographic visualization of specimens in narrow gap pole pieces found in TEMs that have cantilever style goniometers.

Specialized end tip design

• Provides large field of view at high tilt angles in narrow, high resolution pole piece gaps for tomographic data collection

Unique specimen mounting

• Specimen is attached to end tip and extends out from the face of the specimen rod without any surrounding frame material to block the electron beam

Quick specimen exchange

• Interchangeable end tips are easy to insert and remove from their receptacle at the end of the specimen rod 

Specialized end tip storage block

• Provides safe storage of fragile, pre-mounted specimens
