EELS & EFTEM Analysis Workshop November 2016

Electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) is a powerful technique that provides both compositional and chemical information from sub-nanometer areas in the sample. To spread the latest development of EELS and energy-filtered transmission electron microscope (EFTEM) analysis technology in China, Gatan together with JEOL will run the seminar of EELS & EFTEM Analysis Technology in EM Center of Wuhan University.

As an attendee, you will learn best practices to set up and optimize your EELS hardware and experimental protocols so you can capture and extract the maximum amount of compositional and chemical information from your TEM samples.
