Practical approaches for in-situ and environmental transmission electron microscopy

In-situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) concerns the examination of dynamic events in a sample under a controlled, externally applied stimulation. The key experimental components include a good specimen, a stable TEM, specialized sample holder, and an image capture / recording system. During this webinar, Dr. Ai Leen Koh will discuss the approach to obtaining meaningful and reproducible observations in controlled environments. She will also discuss how this field can benefit from recent advances in image capture technology.
