局所的な化学的状態
MLLS (Multiple Linear Least Squares)フィッティングルーチンは、材料内の化学相をマッピングするのに便利です。主相が存在する領域のリファレンススペクトルを指定すると、分析により、リファレンススペクトルの空間分布を示す適合係数マップが得られます。この例は、この手法によってCイオン注入後のダイヤモンド界面の化学的状態がどのようにわかるかを示しています。結果は、NMMU様(南アフリカ、ポートエリザベス)のご協力およびご厚意によるものです。
化学分析
