The Ninth Frontiers of Electron Microscopy
in Materials Science:
FEMMS 2003
Gatan was proud to sponsor and attend FEMMS
2003 in Berkeley, California, a forum in which
leaders in the field of Materials Science
Electron Microscopy gave talks, presented
posters and shared their expertise with other
representatives at the forefront of microscopy
from around the world, including the United
States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany,
Denmark, Spain, Australia, South Korea, and
many others.
Other organizations at FEMMS 2003 included
Oakridge National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore
National Laboratory, IBM - J. Watson Research
Center, NIST, DuPont, The U.S. Department
of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory,
Natural Resources Canada, Arizona State University,
Max Planck Institute, Sandia National Laboratory,
Intel, Samsung, and many more.
