CHVT3007 Single Tilt Liquid Nitrogen Vacuum Transfer Cooling Holder

The CHVT3007 Single Tilt Liquid Nitrogen Vacuum Transfer Cooling Holder permits the transfer of a specimen into the TEM under vacuum or controlled atmosphere.  The specimen may be cooled prior to and/or during observation in the TEM.

Key Features

Vacuum transfer chamber and Integral isolation gate valve

• Provides isolation from atmosphere to prevent oxidation or contamination of the specimen

Specimen securing mechanism

• Clamping ring screws into the specimen cradle to maintain excellent contact between the specimen holder and the specimen grid

Temperature range

• -160 ºC to +50 ºC within vacuum transfer chamber or TEM

Optional beryllium specimen insert and Hexring®

• For EDS analysis

System package

• Includes temperature controller, protective sleeve with pump-out fitting, pump-out tool, holder loading stand, clamping rings and clamping ring tools
