The 648 Double Tilt Vacuum Transfer Holder permits the transfer of a specimen from a preparation station into the TEM under vacuum or controlled atmosphere

ToggleTilt™ beta drive mechanism

• Robust operation with no mechanical binding of the specimen cradle at tilt limits
• Maximum +/- 30º using TEM control
• Maximum +/- 45º using Accutroller

Reduced Shadowing

• Optimized for EDX analysis
