agreement authorizing Gatan to supply Nanofactory
TEM holders and associated products on a worldwide
basis.

on the success of the versatile MonoCL3 and XiCLone systems,
Gatan has developed MonoCL SP, a simplified, high performance
cathodoluminescence (CL) system with core functions of parallel
spectroscopy with panchromatic imaging. The speed of parallel
spectroscopy opens doors to new applications on insulating
and beam sensitive materials. This new configuration is
therefore ideal for forensic studies, mineralogy and any
materials science applications where fast and precise spectroscopic
characterisation without beam damage effects is essential.

full image database support in the Gatan Microscopy Suite.
Using an enterprise-level database engine and a powerful
user interface completely embedded into DigitalMicrograph,
this plug-in makes it very easy to store and retrieve
your experimental data. Create new databases, store and
execute queries, save and open data. This new addition
to GMS makes these tasks seamless and effortless.
