EBSDと定量反射電子像を用いたチタン合金中のチタン水素化合物の同定
新しい Cipher/EBSD 実験概要!
子線量を1/20に低減 し別の視野から取得した KNN/STOのADF像。(200 kV、45 pA、ドウェルタイム 0.11 ms、4x4のsub-pixel scanning設定をOnにし1 Åステップ)。各フレームは4 秒で取得し、僅か1,330 e- / Å2のみを試料に照射。ダメ ージはほとんど観察され ていない。
