DigitalMicrograph contains a powerful scripting language which allows for the customization of DigitalMicrograph's image acquisition and processing capabilities to accommodate user specific applications. A detailed scripting manual is included with any installation of Gatan Microscopy Suites (GMS). When running DigitalMicrograph, simply go to the Help menu and select Search.
