子線量を1/20に低減 し別の視野から取得した KNN/STOのADF像。(200 kV、45 pA、ドウェルタイム 0.11 ms、4x4のsub-pixel scanning設定をOnにし1 Åステップ)。各フレームは4 秒で取得し、僅か1,330 e- / Å2のみを試料に照射。ダメ ージはほとんど観察され ていない。
