3rd Workshop on Semiconductor Cathodoluminescence and Electron Beam Induced Current (CL-EBIC)

The purpose of this invitation-only workshop is to bring together active researchers and companies working in the specific fields of cathodoluminescence and electron beam induced current (CL-EBIC) within the tested framework that stimulates in-depth discussions. This continues the series which was previously held in Berlin (2018) and Grenoble (2023).
